I'm digging the retro style of The Strangers poster, and the Rise of the Footsoldier poster reminds me of the posters from Reservoir Dogs.

Skinwalkers
Skinwalkers may just be a cheesy vampire movie with hot chicks, but at least its got a cool poster. The trailer makes the film look a bit like From Dusk Till Dawn and John Carpenter's Vampires.

28 Weeks Later Poster 2
New poster out for 28 Weeks Later. This one isn't as severe as the first, but its still pretty good.

The trailer is out for 28 Weeks Later, the follow-up to 28 Days Later, but I can't get the Apple site to play it, so here it is on YouTube.
Loved the first film, hopefully this one lives up to it. Its off to a good start with the cool poster.

I really liked this poster for Captivity with Elisha Cuthbert. Don't think I've ever seen a similar poster.
Bijou Phillips Nude For Hostel 2
Here's the new teaser poster for Hostel 2 - those are Bijou Phillips tits. This is undoubtedly an internet-only poster, but its sure to build buzz. (From Eli Roth's MySpace page)

Sex Hygeine Posters
These vintage sex hygeine posters are great. I'd love to get ahold of some of these and have them framed up. I'd probably have to put them in the garage though, as I doubt that the Mrs. would let me hang them in the house.
Black Snake Moan Posters
Gotta love the comic book style posters for Black Snake Moan. With cast including Christina Ricci, Samuel L. Jackson and Justin Timberlake, I have my doubts about how good it will be, but at least they got the posters right.

Hot Blood Drive Nurses
So, Saw 3 comes out in late October and just like the previous version, they are running a 'Blood Drive' advertisement campaign using hottie nurses.

Its amazing how quickly and how cheaply they can turn out this series of movies. Just goes to show that you don't have to spend $100m dollars on a horror flick to make it entertaining.

Casino Royale Poster
The poster for Casino Royale - the new James Bond film - has been released. Very understated.
The other poster is for Uma Thurman's Super Ex-Girlfriend, which could be entertaining if its as campy as it looks.
Its also worth mentioning that the official website for A Scanner Darkly was launched. Most interesting movie of the summer as far as I'm concerned.

A handful of new posters for the upcoming film A Scanner Darkly have been released along with a trailer. If you haven't seen anything about this film, you've got to check out the trailer - it looks different than anything I've ever seen.

V For Vendetta Poster 4
Here is the 4th poster for V For Vendetta. This is easily the best group of posters for a film in a very very long time. Lets hope the film lives up to the poster.

September Posters
Here are a few new posters that I liked. None of these are yet available for purchase, but they will eventually be available from All Posters.
I'm very suprised by the Harry Potter posters I've seen, they are really embracing the darker aspects of the Goblet of Fire movie. Glad to see them migrate away from just the kiddie crowd.

Posterlust: Saw 2
The poster on the left for Saw 2 was the original version - but it got smacked down by the MPAA for being too graphic. The poster on the right is the modified version - I actually like it better.
Guy Ritchie's Revolver
Its good to see that Guy Ritchie is back to making films about criminals (Snatch, Lock Stock & 2 Smoking Barrels) with Revolver. I'm also heartened by the fact that the poster has exposed breasts on it.
Spanish Porn Posters
A collection of 1970's Spanish language porn film posters, with a few non-porn titles tossed in. I miss the days of posters like these. [via Boing Boing]

King Kong Poster
Best King Kong poster ever. Just happens to be the first also (a re-creation in this case). Hopefully the new version that gets released next year stays true to the films roots and uses an illustrated poster as well.
