Scalia The Sodomizer?
At a speech at NYU, a student asked Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia if he sodomized his wife. Scalia dodged the question by saying it was unworthy of an answer.
That then begs the question that if that question is unworthy of an answer, why do we have laws in this country that make sodomy illegal. I'd love to see what would happen if somebody charged with sodomy gave Scalia's answer to a prosecutor in court. Somehow I don't think it'd be accepted.
