Possibly the world's most unfriendly celebrity - Catherine Zeta-Jones - has filed yet another lawsuit over pictures taken of her. This time she actually has some legal ground, as it was a strip club that used her image on their website - but once notified the website removed the offending image. So now that its been an entire year since the incident, CZJ is gonna take 'em to court.

"Any commercial uses of Zeta-Jones' name, image or likeness to promote the sale or advertisement of any products or services ... dilute the value of her celebrity endorsement and lower the commercial value of her name and likeness in the eyes of other potential advertisers," the suit stated.

No, what hurts your value Catherine is that you go around suing everybody that comes in contact with you. Your value is hurt because you are perceived to be a bitch by a very large chunk of your potential advertiser's demographic.
