IU OK With Incidental Porn
In a suprise for me, the University of Indiana has decided not to discipline a female student who posed for nude photos in her dorm room and dorm shower.
McKaig said that he considered the photos of the student in a shower area and a residence hall room as "incidental uses" of IU property that were not exploitative and could not be clearly identified as IU property. An evacuation notice on the back of a door is the only place where "IU" can be seen in print.Thats downright reasonable of them - not something you see alot of in college 'code of conduct' rulings.
